Abstract
Low end manufacturing industry is located at the bottom of the value chain due to its low added value, high dependence on processing and trade, labor-intensive production, and significant product homogenization. It faces multiple severe challenges such as lagging digital production and operation level, tight profit margins, and continuously rising production factor costs. Based on the analysis of the current situation of low-end plastic product factories, this article proposes to shape brand image through new media platforms, enhance market awareness and competitiveness; Explore and practice innovative industrial collaborative development models to promote optimal resource allocation; And establish a digital management system, empowered by technology, to enhance production efficiency and management level. Through these strategies, low-end plastic product factories can gradually achieve transformation and upgrading in a complex economic environment. Future research should quantitatively evaluate the specific impact of digital management systems and comparatively analyze the scalability of collaborative models across different industrial sectors.
